In humbleness, I bring a holiday song parody. 'Children Beloved,' based on the classical Christmas song 'Gesu Bambino.' How pure and perfect we see the unwrapping of Christmas in the gift of a child. Yet, on the landscape we find the footprint of theft, as children are kidnapped and trafficked by the CPS. The innocence of tomorrow depends upon us to protect it. Together, we can insure that everyone enjoys the freedom and hope tomorrow brings.

Upon The Pure Landscape

The pure white snow lay on the ground. We hear the carols of days gone by, as Christmas unravels before our eyes. Yet, upon the landscape is a vastly different unraveling, as innocence is plucked without protection to defend.

The CPS foster care system breaks up families and steal 'children outright'. The wretched innocent birth the scars with voiceless screams of emotion and unspoken dreams they have to abandon. In spite, this evil kidnaps and slaughters the lives of children and families. In this enslaved world, it is as if children have no choice.

It seems everything goes back to money. The foster care (or lack thereof) industry is even more filthy. They have quotas to meet and governmental profits to secure. Please note they are securing dollars. The security and welfare of your babies mean nothing to them. Without the incentive of cash, the CPS would go broke. When they kidnap your child, it is business as usual. But your life has been forever changed. Child trafficking is a rude awakening to the cruelness of corruption and how heartless the world is.

A child is like a rose. It enters this world innocent and so beautiful. Yet, without the prickly thorn, a rose would be vulnerable to nature's prey. Mom and Dad offer security and protection to their child. Together, they shield their baby from the dangers of the world. Yet when taken, kidnapped or trafficked, their little ones have no protection against the 'stranger dangers' of this world. A child is the hope of tomorrow.

Just as the Christmas Rose was born to provide us a better tomorrow, we are offered the hope of tomorrow in children today.

Yet it is up to us to stand up for these children and families. We must be THEIR voice. 'O come let us protect them.' We are called to protect the innocent and helpless of this world. Through our voices and our resources, we can overcome evils like the CPS, kidnapping and trafficking. We can bring freedom to all. We can be a voice for the voiceless and we will.

Originally composed in 1917, Jesu Bambino is an Italian Christmas carol. The original song would be cataloged alongside 'The Holy City', 'The Psalms,' 'O Holy Night,' and 'Ave Maria.' You will recognize the familiar chorus 'O come Let Us Adore Him.' from 'O Come All Ye Faithful.' or in its original 'Adeste Fideles.' Please know that Gesu Bambino is an entirely separate song.

I remember mom singing this song throughout my youth.

I offer two videos to accompany the song parody. Being a staple of classical music, the videos reflect this. The first features David Archuleta and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. It is in English. The second is by Luciano Pavarott and boy's choir and is in Latin. The classical purist would appreciate this performance. Which ever you choose, may the words from the parody speak to your heart.
