It was a relaxing weekend and we sat around and joined some zoom meetings. Our youngest was fascinated with mom's project, there's these colorful strings that come together with these big metal sticks. They go around and around and little by little it becomes a blanket!
An Unexpected Gift
We received an unexpected gift, our neighbor was getting rid of a bike trailer and asked is we could use it. We said yes, thank you! My oldest had the idea to hook it up to the tricycle and give her sisters a ride. They loved it!
A Homemade Kite
The girls came up with a project with paper and string. They made their own home-made kits that actually fly! They were running around the back yard watching their kites lifting up into the air.
Who said "lockdown" is so terrible, our children are having a blast!

Kids are having a blast but how is dad doing not being able to do his job like he normally does?
Dad is doing whatever he can to keep his head above water. It's an at-home business, so staying home isn't the problem. The bigger problem is what's going on in people's heads, finding people willing to take action and make an investment. Getting over the fear.
Michigan has closed all "non-essential businesses" until April 30 and is hinting it may be longer. Many businesses cannot survive that long. We're doing what we can to make ends meet through all this craziness.
Illinois is in the same boat as well until April 30th, I'm guessing it will go through mid-May at least. Will pray that Yah will honor you and provide for you just like He said He would!
