ecoDesigns Graduation Planning Meeting

Yesterday, we held a strategic meeting at ecoDesigns to prepare for our Graduation on Saturday. The meeting was attended by the executives of ecoDesigns comprising of @mr-greens, Mrs. Akisah Justine (Director of Training in charge of Textile Recycling and Fashion Designing) and Miss Verlonji Bibiana (Manager of ecoDesigns).
The following issues were resolved during the meeting;

1. Graduation ceremony will start at 01:00PM on Sunday 28th March 2021 and will last for two hours.
2. Certificates design and printing by Yembe Nfor of Y’G Inc @yemsgroup.
3. We rent 1 canopy and 50 chairs from Fred photos to be arranged by Miss Verlonji Bibiana.
4. Music by Solace but @mr-greens will collect the boom box from Solace or Solace will assure us that he will bring it.
5. Trainees are responsible for their dressing.
6. Mildred, one of the trainees of ecoDesigns will do a graduation cake meanwhile Mr. Green will acquire the graduation champagnes (03 bottles).
7. Carpet for clothes presentation will be checked and cleaned by trainees.
8. Fruits: 50 oranges, Bananas and Water Melon will be purchased
9. Mr. Green will bring trays (07) and hand napkins as well as place an order for meat pies and boiled eggs.
10. Mrs. Justine to prepare sandwich and fry fish.
11. Renovation works was agreed to commence. The carpenter, Glass man and Painter were all contracted and advance payment given to them. Materials for renovation like paint and plank were bought today for work to commence tomorrow so that by weekend, the renovation work will be completed.
