Hello dear connoisseurs,
at last week's Food Fight Friday, which was my very first participation, I was late, but my contribution was still warmly received.

Yeah ... Yeah ... Yeah ... @appreciator even presented my entry in his DAILY QUALITY CONTENT REWARDS. Many thanks for that.

Today is Friday and I will participate punctually in the #FFF contest of the @foodfightfriday. Dear cooks and gourmets, don't miss this competition and take part. Many cooks from all over the world are waiting for new inspirations from you. FFF is the biggest weekly happening for your taste buds.

¡Arriba! ¡Arriba! ¡Ándale! ¡Ándale! ...sharpen your knives and heat up the oven, here's my contribution to the world's fastest pizza, the Pizza Speedy Gonzales. With this recipe the Tex-Mex kitchen has made a date with Italian pizza to show how easy and fast you can conjure something great on the table.

First of all I prepare the sauce that goes on the pizza. I always have a glass of it in the fridge, it will keep for several weeks if you put the container in boiling water before. If after half a year the sauce grows white hairs, the red turns to green or it starts to stink, then it is time to throw it in the garbage.

Ingredients for the sauce:
Tomato paste
Olive oil
Oregano Spice
Salt & pepper

Mix everything well and the sauce is ready!

No, we don't make yeast dough for the bottom. That takes time, because the dough has to rest, rise and then you have to roll it out on the tray.

I just take a pack of wraps that you can buy in the supermarket. The wraps can be stored for a few weeks without refrigeration and even with the package open.

Ingredients for the pizza:
Wraps
shredded cheese
chopped onions
Pepperoni

As you can see in the photos, spread the wrap with the sauce and cover the wrap with cheese, onion and pepperoni.

So photos without words!

Put it in the oven at 220° C for about 5 minutes and then let it cool down a little on the tray for a few minutes, this will give the dough base more stability again. The dough should be soft and not crispy hard.

That was really not much work and it was done quickly. If you have invited guests or have a surprise visitors, you can also cut the pizza into small bites and serve it cold to your guests as finger food.

The food is ready, so now we can sing a song together.

See you next #FFF and have a nice weekend

I like speedy recipes like this one, life's so hectic at times that we simply have to take short cuts not so;)
LOL Good idea to throw out the sauce once it starts to grow hairs:):)

Pleasure to have you throwing down with us again, @depot69! Way to make an impression. Firstly, nothing wrong with patting yourself on the back :ouch: I just hurt myself doing the same thing. You nailed it this time, got in on Friday, the whole 9, and showing your support by returning to vote—thanks man! It’s a pleasure to have you. Good luck in round 77, sir.

Thanks and I just made my choice for lap 77 and wrote in the comments. This time it was not easy. FFF is a great thing and I will try to do some advertising in the German community.
