The movie The Hunt comes from the producer of Get Out and The Purge series, Jason Blum and Damon Lindelof, creator of TV Series Watchmen. The movie is a provocative satirical thriller and it has raised a lot of dust all around the globe for its story and I’m not sure that it will be distributed in every country where would they want. Imagine that you wake up along with the other 11 people somewhere in a clearing. You don’t know where you are, but soon, you acknowledge that you 12 are chosen to be a pray, in a weird “game” organized by a group of elites where they are the hunters. That is the story of this movie in 2 sentences...

The movie is directed by Craig Zobel, a well-known writer, producer, and director by movies like Compliance (2012), Great World of Sound (2007) or Z for Zachariah (2015), with Chiwetel Ejiofor, Chris Pine and Margot Robbie in the main roles. The movie is written by Nick Cuse and Damon Lindelof, who had already worked together in the past on TV Series The Leftovers (2014-2017) and Watchmen (2019).

In the main roles are Primetime Emmy nominee Betty Gilpin (Isn't It Romantic (2019), TV Series GLOW (2019-2019), Stuber (2019)), double Academy Award winner Hilary Swank (Boys Don't Cry (1999), P.S. I Love You (2007), Million Dollar Baby (2004)), Emma Roberts (We're the Millers (2013), Aquamarine (2006), The Art of Getting By (2011)), Ethan Suplee (American History X (1998), John Q (2002), Remember the Titans (2000)), J.C.
