Chicken-Vegetable Biriyani

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Chicken-Vegetable Biriyani ". Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients:

1kg rice
Potato 2 big size
Green Peas small one cup
Carrots small one cup
Onion sliced 2 big size
500 gm chicken breast cube cutting
Kismis
Spice powder 1 spoon
Ginger paste 1.5 spoon
Garlic paste 1.5 spoon
Salt as per test
Cumin powder 1.5 spoon
Coriender powder 1.5 spoon
Whole spices
Green chili 7/8

Process:

Take a pan. Add some oil, fry potato. Don't cook properly, just fry them. Put them out and keep aside. In this oil add onions and whole spices. Fry them well. Get a golden brown color. Add ginger garlic paste fry them. Then add other powder spices and fry again 2/1 minutes. After that add chicken pieces. Stir it and cover for 5/8 minutes. So that it can cooked. Uncover it and add potatoes and carrots. Mix it well. After few minutes put all rice. Fry them something so that flavor will come. Add water as required. For 1 kv rice add 8 glasses water. When it'll get boiled and water little socked, stir it and cover. Rest it for 15 minutes. In the mean time it'll be done.

A delicious lunch. Serve it hot.
