Dudh Chitoi Pitha

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Dudh Chitoi Pitha". Hope you'll enjoy it.
Ingredients:
700 grams socked rice
100 gram cooked rice
Water as required
Liquid Milk 2/1 kg
Gur as per test
Process:
Take a grinder. Put socked rice, cooked rice and water as required. Grind them well. Like this grind all the rice. You'll get a not very thick and not very thin dough. Keep it aside.
Put milk on the stove, stir it. On the other stove melt the gur qith water. When milk will get boiled add those melted gur there. Then milk is ready keep it aside.
A pitha maker available in our country. I'm gonna use this for making pitha. I have shown in my video how to make pitha with this maker. Make all the pitha accordingly.
After all pitha done, sock them in the prepared milk. Sock for 1/2 hours. Then serve.
It's a very delicious snack gor winter. Must try.
