Sandwich Malai Chop

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Sandwich Malai Chop". Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients:

Malai chop:
Chana 2 cup
Flour 2 spoon

For sugar syrup:
Sugar 1 cup
Water 3 cup
2-3 elaichi

For Malai:
Liquid Milk 1 cup
Powder milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup

Process:

At first take the chana. Mix it with flour. Mix well for 10 minutes! That take small pieces. Give them shape as per your choice. I have given square shape.

In a pan make sugar syrup. Water, sugar and elaichi. Take some boils. Then carefully put all the malai chops there. Cover them for 10 minutes. Then flip those. Again cook them for 10 minutes. Keep them aside, let it cool.

Take another pan. Add liquid milk, powder milk and sugar. Stir ot well. It'll take time to get a thick concestancy. Put it out from the stove.

Cut into slices those malai chop. In the middle put malai. Then cover them with another part. It'll be look like sandwich. That's why it's called sandwich malai chop.
