Greetings and Salutations,

I hope all Steemians doing good!

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Potato Egg Kabab". Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients:

Bolied potatoes
Boiled eggs
Coriender leafs
Coriender powder
Cumin powder
Onions
Chili flacks
Eggs
Bread crumbs
Oil
Salt

Process:

Take a bowl. Grits boiled eggs and potatoes. And put in the bowl. Add onions, coriender powder, cumin powder, chili flacks, coriender leaves and mix well. Make a well mixed dough. Take small pieces and give it a round shape. Make all the kababs like this. Now coats with eggs and bread crumbs. Give them some rest. So that it'll be well set.

Then take a pan add oil for shallow fry. Fry all those kabab in a medium flame.

Serve with tomato sauce.
