Soft and lush cheese pancakes

Hello!

Today we will continue to study this delicious dessert and the famous Russian chef Vasily Emelianenko will help us with this.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese, 360 gr.
  • Flour, 50 gr.
  • Sugar, 50 gr.
  • Eggs, 2 PCs.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Separate the egg yolks. If eggs are large, then one yolk will be enough, if small, then one and a half or two.

Mix the cottage cheese, yolks, flour and sugar.

To form balls and breaded in flour.

Form the cheese pancakes.

Melt a little butter in a frying pan and fry the cheese pancakes over medium heat for a minute and a half on each side.

Spread on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for five minutes.

Serve with sour cream, jam or whatever you like.
