Iceberg Lettuce Salad
I was thinking what I should prepare for dinner, but the hose for our new stove doesn't fit at the LPG tank. So I decided to prepare iceberg lettuce salad.
Here are the ingredients that I have:
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Corn kernel
- Persimmon
First, shred the iceberg lettuce salad into pieces.
Slice the cucumbers, and spread out at the lettuce.
You can use a canned corn kernel for the salad. Spread out the corn in lettuce and cucumber slices.
*Slice the persimmon, and spread out. Now, it's ready for consumption!
I also prepared a lettuce salad with romaine lettuce.
Tips:
You can add different fruits. I only have persimmon available at that time, so that's what I only used for the salad. You might want to add grapes, strawberries, kiwi, apples, and others.
You can also add dressing. This one doesn't have one, because I don't have salad dressing to use. But it's fine without its dressing.
You can also add peanut brittle or sunflower nut brittle.
I remember putting some alfalfa sprouts then, you might want to add some.
