Hey, everybody, how you doing? Today I want to show you a discovery for breakfast in the morning and it's a nice vegan sobrasada.
- 100 g of dried tomatoes
- 60gr of pine nuts
- 40ml of olive oil
- Sweet paprika
- 1 chopped ñora
- Salt and pepper
- Hydrate the tomatoes and the ñora in hot tap water for 30 minutes, then drain well.
- We put all the ingredients in the mixer, beat well and ready to eat, as you can see it's very easy to do and it's delicious.
