Pancit Baguito

Hi guys! How are you all doing ? , Hope you're having a lovely Sunday...

See that yummy food in the picture , yeah for me it'sso yummy ,coz it was made with love by my hubby . That's why i named it after him, 'pancit baguito' .

I told him earlier today that i was craving for pancit like the normal pancit with its traditional noodles plus lotsa veggies, then while i was busy playing with my girls i was able to smell that normal aroma of a hot and spicy instant noodles , that we call pancit canton, sometimes we also eat yakisoba. Then i heard chopping sounds , saw him washed the veggies, so i just thought he would just normally eat the noodles and just decided to sautee the veggies for our dinner.. but nah! I was surprise and so happy to see this! He made his own version of pancit! Yey!

Ingredients

Pancit canton
Mixed veggies
Pinch of salt
Cooking oil
Onion
Garlic

Procedure

1. just cook the instant pancit canton as normal how it's being cooked

2. once cooked have it mixed with the sauce , and all it needs on the packaging

3. leave it on a plate

4. sautee garlic and onion

5. Add the mixed veggies

6. Add some salt.

7. let it simmer for 3 minutes

8. put the sauteed mixed veggies on top of the pancit noodles

9. Served and ready to eat.

This seems like a combination of his and my favorite , he really like pancit canton , that instant noodles , i just eat that sometimes, while i love veggies so much , eversince i got preggy with my second. Anyway , that's how simple the food is. I just can't help but share because i appreciate his effort. Happy tummy.. happy heart..
