Paella For NYE

Happy New Year foodies,

This is my first time to cook paella. I decided to cook this dish on NYE 2021. I love to try new things and experiment a bit. When it comes to cooking I almost always learn from my own research online. Youtube had been very helpful when I need a quick tutorial and less on reading. The recipe is not perfect but this is the most convenient and easy to pull off for me.

I surprised my family with my paella. I am glad they like it. I do not have a paellera or the right pan for cooking paella however a usual pan will do just like how I show it on this photo. I am happy with the results as a first timer. I know there are some things I can improve on next time and will take note of them.
