We cooked a Vegetarian Lasagna! *No Pasta*

You've seen what my manager brought me on my previous post. So to use as much vegetables as we can so they don't go to waste we have decided to do sort of a Lasagna.

But surprise...instead of pasta we decided to use cabbage to create the different layers.

As You can see above that's how it looked after a lot of chopping and some cooking. We have used aubergine, mushrooms, garlic, courgettes, purple cabbage, vegan burger (minced), parmesan cheese and some Mozzarella to top.

Don't forget to add some tomato sauce and soya double cream.
And everything is together is when the magic happens. Just stick it in the oven and wait for it to look crispy.

This was way more delicious than I ever thought it would be. But when I've looked at it I knew it would be this amazing.

Who else is cooking way more often since they have been in quarantine?

Never know that could be possible, but I'm willing to try veggie lasagna as well.
