A special kind of breakfast!

By now a lot of you might have figured out that I love sausages. It's easy to cook and can do it in different varieties. Today I did it in a bit of Indian masala style.

So, we first heat a little ghee on a fry pan and bit pan fry the sausages and then keep it separate.

Now in a pan we add little onions, chilli and tomato and fry them well.

Add a bit of salt, bafat powder and some chilli powder and stir a bit. Add the sausages and mix well.

Once mixed, add a bit of soya sauce and sweet and spicy ketchup.

And your special breakfast is ready!

That looks gooood! I am doing Keto at the minute, I wonder if this would be something I could eat? Would like to try new things.
At the moment my breakfasts are getting a little boring, egg, and bacon all the time, and I am getting to that point where I would like to have a change to something else.

I'm not sure if the exact recipe is good for Keto.

But yes, a bit of change once a while is always good.
