My own Mole Sauce
Here I share with you there wonderful photos of my Mole or Mole Souce me growing up watching my mother cook these types of foods and her watching that emerald lagasy 👨🍳 chef. Made me want to learn how to cook at a very early age.
And this I bring you my spicy mole all made from scratch Trust me it tastes way hella of a lot better.
All fried cooked and ready to be all blended, best part when I tell people I put chocolate in there ... priceless.
Here we go with the sauce in a low simmer and the chicken getting all that nasty yummy juices!! Yummy 😋
Here we go with the plate now with my mole sauce with chicken and some again home-cooked rice forgot to take a photo next time though I will.
With some habanero pickled red onions! Trust me when I tell you this was desirous and delicious 🤤 and spicy!!

what the hell is mole?
Mole is a traditional marinade and sauce originally used in Mexican cuisine. In contemporary Mexico the term is used for a number of sauces, some quite dissimilar, including black, red / Colorado, yellow, green, almendrado, de olla, huaxmole, guacamole, and pipián.
