Kimchi Fried Rice and Eggroll

Kimchi fried rice is a humble Korean dish made basically with kimchi and leftover rice.

I prepare kimchi fried rice and eggroll for breakfast..this is the first time my kids ate this korean recipe. And they love it..😊

To me, this Korean egg roll recipe is another delicious side dish that I can whip up last minute before the meal.
Simply pour a portion of the egg mixture into a thin layer. When the egg is set but still wet, fold it with a spatula and keep rolling.
