Le Charbonnière

Le charbonnière aromatisé aux noix est un fromage de ma région découvert chez mon fromager. Cette production artisanale ne se trouve pas dans les magasins de grande distribution.
C'est un chèvre frais recouvert de cendre et garni à l'intérieur de noix broyés et de miel.

Très frais, original et se mange sans faim et sans fin.

Une très belle découverte faite chez mon fromager, pour les plateaux de fromage des bons repas.
