Being a trainer in scouting education means we have a duty to educate trainees to understand the subjects we teach them. Broadly speaking, it has indeed become our responsibility as scout volunteers and trainers. Our task is to educate and transfer knowledge to the trainees.

Ethically and in the norm order in scouting We have made an oath of promise when being made a teacher / trainer / supervisor. That is, we have been in a scope that has a great responsibility. In addition to being able to master the subjects, being a trainer must also have knowledge about the character of the trainees.

Cycological knowledge is the main capital to be able to pass interactions with trainees, the thing is of course each trainee has a different character.

It also means that each participant training has IQ is very different. In this case we must be able to build a persuasive approach with them. Through that we will also be able to conceptualize a learning system that is in line with the character of the trainees in this class.

This is a very important thing, because it will make it easier for us to build communication talents with them. Each trainer must make every effort to be able to give trainees an understanding of the importance of public speaking.

We are required to be skilled in all aspects, both in mastering subjects, building approaches with students, or making creative learning methods. The most important thing to attract the sympathy of the trainees is to develop effective, communicative, and creative learning methods.

If we are able to develop learning methods creatively and are able to attract students 'sympathy, we will easily change students' understanding of public speaking. If initially they are not so interested in learning scouting education, then we have a duty to draw new understanding to them.

We must be able to get them to like what they are doing. Attract their sympathy, and make learning fun.

There are many ways to build sympathy for trainees so they have an interest in learning scouting education. One method of learning that I highly recommend in this case is the "Group Study" method. I am sure that the learning atmosphere will be very pleasant if done in groups.

Learning in groups will enable students to exchange their thoughts, build communication, and share knowledge. So they will solve each other's problems together to understand the difficulties in developing public speaking talents.

Thus, they will transfer their knowledge to fellow trainees. In addition, this method will also allow students to build communication with one another and exchange information.

Scout education is not merely learning about wandering or adventure. We learned to know many things, including knowledge to build our communication talent. This effort is carried out as a way to develop one's talents and character.
