Caught Shiny Cresselia this week and 3 new 100% IV!

Ahoy! It's been a while since I've posted. I did get some content to post as I've been playing most days, but I just haven't been always feeling up to editing the screenshots and writing a post. Might have been due to feeling a bit down I guess, I'm frequently still doing okay though. I've been a bit busy as well. Hope everyone has been aight!

Since last weekend Cresselia has been back in Raids. It's had its Shiny form released quite some ago, at that time I didn't get lucky to encounter one. This week I did some Raids, especially during Raid Hour on Wednesday, and finally managed to catch a Shiny Cresselia!

As you can see the IVs for it are really horrible xD So I had absolutely no luck with that, but I'm glad I at least have it Shiny now! :D None of my Cresselia encounters were 96% or higher, which is my current highest that I already had from the first time Cresselia was in Raids.

Throughout the week there was a focus on Mega Beedrill too. A few Mega Pokémon have been added to the game so far. One of the steps in the quest was to Mega evolve a Pokémon. I chose to Mega evolve Beedrill for this, as we got a bunch of Mega Beedrill Energy from the quest anyway. I decided to do it during the Cresselia Raid Hour, so the trainers bringing Genesect or other Bug-type attackers could benefit from it. However the Mega Beedrill often took quite some damage so it didn't stay in battle for long.

I did not power up my 100% Beedrill to max level yet, so I wanted to see what would happen. Turns out when you Mega evolve a Pokémon it will automatically be max level for the 4 hour duration. So there is no real need for me to fully power up my Beedrill right now, as it'll temporarily hit max level any time I choose to Mega evolve it for 4 hours anyway.

Personally I may not be using Mega evolved Pokémon that often, because their main purpose is in battles being Raid battles or against Team GO Rocket, and it only lasts for 4 hours. So I will likely only use them if I'm going to be doing a lot of Raids.

This week I got a few new 100% IV Pokémon! During the Cresselia Raid Hour, we found a 100% IV Poliwag right next to one of the Gyms that we were going to do a Raid one. It was a really nice surprise!
With this week's event featuring a lot of Bug-type Pokémon there was a Field Research Task to capture 5 different Bug-type Pokémon which gave a Ledyba encounter. The majority of the time the Ledyba had pretty bad IV, but at one moment I was pleasantly surprised to encounter a 100% IV from that task! Shiny Ledyba also had its introduction with the event, I didn't encounter one though, so that one will have to be for another random time!
This week's Spotlight Hour featured Tentacool. I didn't encounter a Shiny, and hardly any with really high IVs. However I decided to keep some above 500 CP to trade, and out of the trades I did I received a 100% Tentacool!

These 3 are all new 100% IVs as I didn't have any yet in their evolution lines!
