Mega Giant Snails on the Natal South Coast.
Hey everyone.. well who doesn't love nature ?? I just adore everything about it.. and let's face it. Whats not to love.
Every day a new sight, sound and adventure and aren't these pics just a testament to that notion?
On my recent trip to Sanlameer I stumbled upon this gorgeous beauty.
My mate that I have known for decades's mom lives at the foot of a hill not far from where I reside..I remember growing up as a child we used to find these in the mountain. It is known as a large garden snail and would you believe lives on a diet of other snails, apparently a wonderful addition to any garden as they do not eat your precious vegetation.
Here a nice indication to his size and I have rather big hands.
Final day for our last walk on the beach after a wonderful holiday and then head back to the big city.
