Corn leaves are the result of making or preparing cachapas (sweet corn-based tortillas) which are usually eaten with cheese, fried pork or as an accompaniment to another dish.

Las hojas de maíz son el resultado de hacer o preparar cachapas (tortilla dulce a base de maíz) que por lo general se come con queso, cerdo frito o como acompañante de otro plato.

This is the part where the "cachapas" are cooked on a circular "budare" griddle with wood. So far because after we ate cachapas, we forgot to take the pictures. Until the next session.
