Alamang (Small Shrimps)

Alamang means small shrimps which are very common in coastal towns like ours in Las Piñas. The best and easiest way to cook them is by stir frying them with oil, garlic, onions & tomatoes then garnish it with kinchay. Best serrved with fried rice.
