Querida comunidad de hive aquí les muestro el proceso para obtener un rico y dulce guarapo de caña como se conoce aquí en Venezuela! De el se realizar el papelón.
Bien esto es un trapiche el cual debe ser girado por dos personas más dos personas más que serán las que introduce la cala y la otra agarra al otro extremo el ganado que va saliendo ya esprimido.

Dear hive community, here I show you the process to obtain a rich and sweet cane guarapo as it is known here in Venezuela! The role is made of it. Well this is a sugar mill which must be turned by two people plus two more people who will be the ones who introduce the cove and the other grabs the cattle that are already squeezed out at the other end.

Como podrán ver aquí muestro a mi primo y mi pequeño hijo Edgar ayudando a girar el trapiche para moler la caña.

As you can see here I show my cousin and my little son Edgar helping to turn the mill to grind the cane.

Así va saliendo el gabazo de caña al otro extremo y de una vez saliendo el guarapo de caña pasando por un colador directo a un tobo, donde se almacena para luego vaciarlo en botellas y ponerlo en el refrigerador.

This is how the sugarcane bean comes out at the other end and once the sugarcane guarapo leaves, passing through a strainer directly to a tobo, where it is stored and then emptied into bottles and put it in the refrigerator.

Aquí ya obtenido el guarapo se retira la cachaza, que no es más que la espuma que se forma en la parte de arriba.
