Hey and hello, beautiful followers and wonderful people. How are all of you today? Hope you’re keeping cool! (and if you happen to be down under, hope you are keeping warm).
Let’s give something away!

Theme
It’s hot today. Maybe not as hot as things are in Europe with all their heat waves, but still pretty toasty, hovering around 30–35 most days. Given that, I’m looking for tips. How do you keep cool in the summer? Now I suppose you could say sit under the AC, and that’s ok, but if you want to win this contest try to be a bit more creative than that.

But if there are a lot of great comments or if this post gets enough of a payout to allow me to afford it, I may sponsor others as well.

@dbooster, In my case i drink effective amount of Cold Lemon 🍋 Juice to make myself cool. Prefer mango juice too, all natural no factory made or ready made. Stay blessed.

Thanks for the mention.
Here we continue to have heat combined with power outages so there is not much air conditioning. LOL
Also some raindrops have fallen which refreshes a bit.
I don't know if it has a scientific base, but drinking water and then a hot black coffee works for me, keeping my temperature controlled.
I also avoid the strong sun, I stay under shade if I am on the street.

Interestingly, that is what I always do too. Water then hot coffee or espresso. It works!
Well it's mid 90's F here in Arizona so to keep cool running I get up and out early, wear cooling arm sleeves and shirts and most importantly keep well-hydrated with good water. But remember, if it gets too hot, stay indoors or somewhere cooler - don't risk your health. Being active can wait for a 'cooler' day (advice from an old Emergency Room nurse).
If you put ice cubes on your wrist, where you would take your pulse, the veins are close enough to the skin to help cool your blood. You can actually use any pulse point.
If there is a breeze in the area, open the window and hang a damp sheet in front of it. This helps cool the room.
