Here I am now participating in the Golden Censer Challenge 23th edition. You can review the contest rules in the following link.

Today the Golden Censer has given me as a blessing the words spoken by our Lord Jesus Christ, given in Luke´s gospel.

MEMO:

Luke 5:30-32 NIV

Jesus answered them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

The word tells me:

Here his words confirm to me the good news that the Lord came to look for me, wayward sheep, to clean my faults. For this I must receive it in my life, give a change of attitude of life, leave behind the things that separate me from God.

The Lord's mercy for us his children is unique, he gave Jesus Christ to be saved, his blood shed on the cross and by his resurrection he gives us a new life in fullness and in friendship with Him.

The Christian for this daily has a personal encounter with God through prayer, reading and meditation of the sacred scriptures, in the fraternal encounter with his brothers in the church and in the practice of charity with those in need.

My prayers today are for the church and for the people who are in search of the true and living God. May the Lord guide our walk towards his encounter and his light.
