CCC's Street Art Contest #6 : Indy Bouvier, Montreal

avatar

Thanks to my last post Street Art #308, I finally found the artist behind the realization on this garage door, Indy Bouvier. Perfect to win the sixth edition of the contest CCC's Street Art Contest hosted by @digi-me 😀 :

Very colorful mural, better than a grey and sad door.

I don't have a lot of information about Indy Bouvier, only his Instagram page with a short bio, 20 year old self taught painter and illustrator based in Montreal.

All success to all participants ! Have a great day...

It's certainly very colourful! The art-style reminds me of old Inca or Mayan hieroglyphs, and drawings.

Yep very funny characters, it's true that they have a resemblance with the Mayan codexes.

I have a folder on my computer where I keep the design I like (a bit of everything from the Mercedes 300 SL to cool bathroom 😀), I have a picture of the code Cortesianus :

Oh, that's very intriguing, and beautiful! I knew you had good tastes in design when you mentioned that you have a 300SL in your folder. I can't argue against anyone who likes a good Gullwing, though the highlight of my "pretty things" folder is an Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 Stradale. That, or a 250 GTO is the peak of automotive beauty, to my eyes... 🤩

I wouldn't say no for one 250 GTO 😀
New pics in my folder...

If you're looking for some sound to compliment the pictures, that same GTO was captured on video roaming around London casually. That V12 howl is what gives me the biggest goosbumps...
