Fasting, new beginnings & positive changes

I woke yesterday with the feeling that I should stop eating. 24h later I cannot deny that my stomach is rumbling, but I am resolute now in my next 'life mission' and know that I am much more effective if I begin with a water fast. It usually lasts between 3-5 days after which I slowly re-introduce fruit only for a few days. And once it is done... boy am I energised!

Now that I am doing daily gratitude lists with my family I can see the full spectrum of beauty in this virus drama.

I am grateful for so many things!

  • This community has made history by showing those with money and the intention to control us (Justin Sun) the power of decentralisation. And I am so proud to be a part of this. Well done everyone!
  • Using a glass cutter I have figured out how to make lamps with bottles, string & jam jar lids. See image at top.
  • Esteban is no longer being forced to attend nursery school and I have become his 'teacher'. See image at bottom.
  • The village mayor no longer comes to work in the house above ours, which makes the atmosphere in our courtyard much more relaxed.
  • Many people are now feeling the call to grow food, so our little collection of allotments on the outskirts of the village have become a hive of activity in the afternoons & a perfect replacement for this enforced isolation.

  • In these last few weeks I have been pushing my creativity to the max... and enjoying it so very much. We are now growing food in so many different ways outside our home, using up-cycled plastic bottles. Looking forward to showing you what I have been up to!
  • Our weed supply came from Spain, so we can no longer buy it. In a few days we will run out and I will have a fresh head again. It is hard to stop when it is so easy (and cheap) to acquire. But now that I have no choice I feel nothing but gratitude & excitement.
  • I stopped posting Abraham quotes a few weeks ago and said to myself that if no one appeared to notice I would not continue again. But someone did notice! (Thanks @vincentnijman) And so, I will continue.

In fact... here is one for you now :)

This my friends is why it is so important to make daily gratitude lists. It doesn't matter what is happening in the world when we each have the capacity to focus our attention only upon that which makes us feel good.

Forget the facts and find the feelings you desire!

Love & Light everyone :)
