Sweet Potato Harvest
We dug up our sweet potatos and the harvest is better than expected!
This came from one potatoes planted in July, cut in three pieces.
They're pretty skinny, but edible!
Dice these up and fry them in butter. Yum!
Next year we'll try this again, but earlier in the year.

The skinny ones are a species, I think. They may not get any fatter, but I'm not sure.
We used to grow some sweet taters, if the soil is loose and rich enough, they should fill out a bit more.
