El pasado miércoles me entregaron mi corte de calificaciones del nuevo año escolar, en mi primer trimestre de bachillerato, lo cual me llena de mucho orgullo contarles que no solamente aprobé todas las materias, sino que además la gran mayoría de ellas están por encima de los 17 puntos, lo cual es muy bueno, porque me otorga el rol de estudiante destacado en mi sección. Eso es un logro que vale la pena celebrar sin dudas, porque requirió de un gran esfuerzo de mi parte debido a las múltiples tareas y complejidades que presenta esta etapa de mi crecimiento estudiantil, enfrentándome a un proceso de adaptación a las clases presenciales, ya que teníamos más de 2 años recibiendo el proceso de enseñanza por vía digital, no les miento, me costó bastante equilibrar el tiempo entre los estudios en el colegio, las tareas de la casa y mis actividades extras, como publicar en Hive y grabar mis videos para 3Speak.

Last Wednesday I received my report card for the new school year, in my first trimester of high school, which fills me with pride to tell you that not only I passed all the subjects, but also the vast majority of them are above 17 points, which is very good, because it gives me the role of outstanding student in my section. That is an achievement worth celebrating without a doubt, because it required a great effort on my part due to the multiple tasks and complexities presented by this stage of my student growth, facing a process of adaptation to face-to-face classes, since we had more than 2 years receiving the teaching process digitally, I'm not lying to you, it cost me quite a lot to balance the time between studies at school, homework and my extra activities, such as publishing in Hive and recording my videos for 3Speak.

Hace poco caminando por el bulevar, me entregaron un volante promocional de un nuevo restaurante de hamburguesas, sándwich y panes artesanales llamado Pan de Tata que recientemente abrió un nuevo local en un centro comercial cercano, me pareció bastante interesante porque además de ofrecer comida con sabor tradicional, prometía que todos sus procesos de fabricación son totalmente artesanales y que además, podías verlos en vivo en su showroom, otra característica resaltante es que anunciaban una variedad de panes para preparar los sándwiches, entre los cuales resaltaba como un farol luminoso el pan de batata, ya que había escuchado que era genial para acompañar una buena hamburguesa con tocino y queso americano, puesto que le aportaba una combinación de dulce y salado que es muy emocionante al paladar y que vale la pena probar, como un ingrediente extra a este tipo de preparaciones.

El día escogido fue el viernes después de las clases del liceo.

Les presento Pan de Tata panadería y restaurante artesanal, un espacio muy bonito ambientado con tendencia retro, con mesas de madera pulida que le dan un toque singular parecido a los antiguos comedores italianos, a simple vista desde que cruzas la puerta, te encuentras con un espacio agradable, cálido y con una iluminación llamativa en colores amarillos, que simulan el atardecer con bombillas estilo antiguo que se llaman estilo Edison según me contaron, eso es desde mi punto de vista algo que atrae a las personas que le gustan las cosas de esta tendencia en decoraciones, a mí también me gustó mucho, porque se siente relajante y después de una semana de exámenes en el liceo, es justo lo que necesitaba.

El local también tiene un ambiente musical que se escucha perfecto, en un tono y volumen agradable que te permite conversar tranquilamente, mientras escuchas de fondo música instrumental, lo cual es genial.

Reviewing the atmosphere at Pan de Tata Artisanal Bakery

I present Pan de Tata Bakery and Artisan Restaurant, a very nice space set with retro trend, with polished wood tables that give a unique touch similar to the old Italian dining rooms, at first glance from the moment you cross the door, you find a nice, warm space with a striking lighting in yellow colors, that simulate the sunset with old style bulbs that are called Edison style according to what I was told, that is from my point of view something that attracts people who like things of this trend in decorations, I also liked it a lot, because it feels relaxing and after a week of exams at the high school, it is just what I needed.

The place also has a perfect musical ambiance, in a pleasant tone and volume that allows you to have a quiet conversation, while listening to instrumental music in the background, which is great.

Mi opinión sobre el Servicio en Pan de Tata Panadería Artesanal El Cafetal

La atención es bastante rápida y la fila de clientes para ordenar avanza al ritmo deseado, las personas que atienden son muy amables, sus uniformes impecables y los precios están ajustados a la calidad del producto ofrecido, el sandwich que ordene tiene el nombre de “la hamburguesa”, es una hamburguesa pequeña de carne y tiene pepinillos, tocino, queso americano y está aderezada con salsa de tomate y mostaza, toda una típica preparación con sabor americano clásico, además pedí que le pusieran pan de batata, el cual estaba interesado en probar desde hace tiempo, como les había comentado.

Una vez que realicé el pago, me asignaron un número y me sentaron en una mesa frente a la llamada pecera, que nos es otra cosa que el showroom donde puedes ver en vivo la preparación de tu comida, al mismo tiempo que puedes interactuar con el cocinero para seleccionar el ingrediente y cantidad de especias que quieres que le agreguen al momento de la cocción, sin ningún costo adicional, yo pedí que la carne fuera bien cocina y solo con un poco de adobo y sal, lo cual me pareció resaltaría el sabor de la carne y combinaría bastante bien con mi selección de hamburguesa.

Once I made the payment, they assigned me a number and seated me at a table in front of the so-called fishbowl, which is nothing more than the showroom where you can see live the preparation of your meal, while you can interact with the cook to select the ingredient and amount of spices you want to be added at the time of cooking, I asked for the meat to be well cooked and only with a little marinade and salt, which I thought would bring out the flavor of the meat and would combine quite well with my burger selection.

La presentación es muy bonita y organizada, te entregan el producto en una bolsa de papel marrón reciclado, lo cual es amigable con el ambiente y viene envuelta en el tradicional papel enserado con dibujos estilo graffitis en color negro, el cual evita que la grasa se derrame, considero que fue armada correctamente y tenía todos los ingredientes prometidos. En cuanto al sabor, sin duda los condimentos escogidos por mí le dieron un toque especial, original y muy sabroso a la carne, el pan de batata me gustó mucho por su suavidad, color y sabor semi dulce que hizo juego perfecto con el tocino crujiente y el queso fundido tipo americano, por lo que, si no logré la combinación perfecta, al menos estuve lo bastante cerca de hacerlo, me encantó esta hamburguesa artesanal por todas sus características y se las recomiendo ampliamente.

Por último, antes de despedirme quiero invitarlos a descubrir este nuevo restaurante de la zona al este de Caracas, donde se come muy bien y se pasa un rato agradable, disfrutando de platillos artesanales con panes frescos.

Estoy deseoso de regresar nuevamente, para hacer una reseña de sus postres, donas y helados que en esta ocasión no me fue posible probar por falta de dinero.
