Cherry jelly with banana, cream and condensed milk (Eng-Esp)

- Good evening, hivefood friends, welcome back to my blog! This time, I'm sharing with you the recipe for a very tasty, creamy, and refreshing dessert. Below, I'll explain how to prepare a "delicious cherry jelly with cream, banana and condensed milk"... With just a few ingredients, you can enjoy a spectacular treat. Let's get started!
- Buenas noches amigos de hivefood, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog... En esta ocasión, comparto con ustedes la receta de un postre MUY sabroso, cremoso y refrescante, a continuación les explico como preparar una "deliciosa gelatina de cereza con crema de leche, banana y leche condensada"... Con pocos ingredientes podrán disfrutar de una merienda espectacular, empecemos!

- Ingredients: cherry flavored jelly, condensed milk, banana and heavy cream.
- Ingredientes: gelatina con sabor a cereza, leche condensada, banana y crema de leche.



- We add 2 cups of water to a deep pot, cook until it boils, add the gelatin powder... mix until well combined, then add 2 cups of cold water.
- Incorporamos en una olla honda 2 tazas de agua, cocinamos hasta que hierva, agregamos el polvo de la gelatina... mezclamos hasta integrar bien, colocamos 2 tazas de agua fría.

- We add the condensed milk to a non-stick saucepan, cook over "medium-low" heat for 3 minutes or until it has a smooth and light texture... We add the cream, mix gently until both ingredients are well combined and we have a homogeneous cream.
- Integramos a una olla antiadherente la leche condensada, cocinamos a fuego "medio-bajo" durante 3 minutos o hasta comprobar que tomó una textura suave y ligera... Añadimos la crema de leche, mezclamos con movimientos suaves hasta conseguir que ambos ingredientes se integren bien y tengamos una crema homogénea.



- In this step, we add the jelly that we had set aside... mix until well combined.
- En este paso, incorporamos la gelatina que teníamos reservada... mezclamos hasta integrar bien.



- We placed our appetizing and colorful gelatin in a deep container...
- Colocamos en un envase hondo nuestra apetitosa y colorida gelatina...

- We refrigerate it for 4 hours or until it reaches the right consistency... We decorate it with banana slices; this fruit will provide a spectacular contrast!
- Reservamos en la nevera durante 4 horas o hasta comprobar que tomó la consistencia adecuada... Decoramos con ruedas de banana, esta fruta aportará un contraste espectacular!

Cherry jelly looks so tasty, the color is just amazing.
Ohhh, I should show this to mom. She loves to make this kind of jelly with various toppings but we never really tried topping it with bananas, just with pineapple, cherry, ripe papaya and raisins. Your version looks good. Will this interest Mommy D 🤔🤔✨
That seems new, typically the gelatin and sugar only here in the Philippines and combined with some heavy milk and condensed milk look so good I believe it's so perfect and put some toppings it looks even more beautiful. Lemme try it soon if I have a lot of free time
