Slow cooked stew of lentils and meat Or Haleem
Hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog . I hope you guys all are well and enjoying yummy food. As always I came here with my new recipe blog for sharing with all of you. Today I cooked **Haleem which calls also slow cooked stew of lentils and meat. It's very famous recipe in Ramadan. Today my mother asked me for cooking this recipe at . I want to share my recipe so let's start.
Ingredients
One kg mixed Lentils
Half kg chicken
Rice
Two big size onions
Tomato slices
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
Spices
Salt
Red chilli
Turmeric
Black pepper
Garam masala
Sabat masala
Dry grind coriander
Process
First I took whole colours of lentils washed and soaked them for two hours. We can also use wheat and barley buyi skipped them used just lentils and rice. After two hours I fried cut onions then added chicken ginger garlic paste tomato slices and crushed green chillies. Then again stir fry whole ingredients.
Later on I added whole spices in the chicken gravy and again cooked adding one glass water for five minutes.
After cooking chicken gravy I added whole soaked lentils in it and mixed well. Then I filled half pressure cooker with water so that chicken shared and lentils cooked and mixed in the gravy.
I cooked it half an hour then I opened it and mixed well again. I also spread fried onions tarka at the last step and spread fresh green coriander lemon juice and garam masala for more taste. In my language haleem and you can also call lentils stew is ready for serving.

But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
I've been labelled a lot of things on Hive 😂 by the biggest farmers scammers and downvoters
Actions speak louder than any words do especially when them words are coming from a compolsive liars
