Will HIVE Being Worth Almost Twice What STEEM Is Drive Justin Sun Nuts?

▶️ Watch on 3Speak

The price of HIVE is just about twice the price of STEEM. Since Justin Sun seemed to have his ego on the line throughout this entire process, will this be a slap in the face to him.

I realize this is only one week and we will need some time to see how things pan out.

In this video I discuss what impact this could have on Sun and the decisions he makes with Steem.

No. What will drive Justin nuts is the crypto community talking about it.

One of the many reasons why we need to make it heard.

TheyCallMeDan is writing an article for HackerNoon to summarize this whole debacle and I'm planning to assist with infographics. If all goes well, maybe even an explainer video.

What I don't want is this project living in the shadow of steem or Justin. I do not think Justin or steem has much to offer going forward. It's best we create a roadmap of our own. Where do we want to be? What do we want to achieve? Those are the important questions now.

I am thinking that the price will start to go down as people power down their hive(from the air drop). I sold the liquid hive i had for like 200 bucks. Palnet price soared and then crashed by 95% then went up by triple and kinda settled.

I kept my hivepower though.

My intuition, I believe he will integrate the technology with Tron or something around both blockchains.

Check the market again. The price went down again after bittrex opened the deposits and a lot seems selling hive. Crazy things happening.

Detailed Article:
The speaker starts by commending the impressive progress achieved within the first week of the Hive blockchain's operation. He notes the successful migration of applications and tribes to the new platform despite some initial difficulties. Alongside this progress, he points out that the price of the Hive token is nearly double that of Steam, emphasizing a significant shift in the market.

The discussion then shifts to Justin Sun and his involvement in the crypto community, particularly his actions regarding Steam. The speaker brings attention to Buterin's tweet and Sun's response, reflecting on potential motivations behind Sun's actions. There's skepticism about Sun's intentions for Steam, whether he aims to develop it further or simply cash out, possibly merging it with Tron.

Furthermore, the speaker speculates on the implications of Hive's success relative to Steam on Sun's ego and future actions. He questions Sun's commitment to decentralized platforms and contrasts him with other prominent figures in the crypto space who prioritize decentralization. The speaker suggests that Sun might resort to underhanded tactics if Hive continues to outperform Steam, driven by his ego and desire to maintain control.

The speaker emphasizes the importance of community support and continuous promotion of Hive to challenge centralization. He urges for active engagement to further establish decentralization principles within the crypto space. The speaker underscores the ongoing competition between Hive and Steam in terms of development and user attraction, positioning Hive as a beacon of decentralization.

In conclusion, the speaker encourages viewers to support Hive and its decentralized ethos, highlighting the underlying battle between centralization and decentralization in the cryptocurrency sphere. By championing Hive's success, the speaker advocates for a community-driven approach to assert decentralization principles in the face of centralized forces like Justin Sun.
