Wandering glider (Pantala flavescens) is a dragonfly that belongs to the Libellulidae family. This species of Pantala hymenaea, the "spot-winged glider", is the only member of the genus Pantala of the subfamily Pantalinae. and this dragonfly is the largest species on this earth.

I found this ciwet dragonfly in the bushes of Serbajaman Tunong village, North Aceh, Indonesia in the morning before noon. This dragonfly has a dominant yellow color, from head to tail. The color of the wings is also a combination of yellow and black. As for the tail, there is a mixture of black, which makes this dragonfly more beautiful.

As information has been written above, if the wandering glider is the largest dragonfly species that is spread almost throughout the world. Therefore, you may be familiar with this type of dragonfly. However, you may rarely see it if your neighborhood is far from a village or forest.

Because the nature of insects, dragonflies are no exception will be happy and can survive in the wild where there is a lot of food. As for the food of a dragonfly itself is another type of insect. Mosquitoes are one of their favorite foods.
