A poor history sometimes discredits your achievement

Achievement most times is often overrated due to the high numbers of people that have also achieved such feat. Milestones like graduation from college, passing your exams, buying your first house and the likes of it are great but it's something that has been heard and done before now.

Likewise, not having a rich history of being a serial winner doesn't make you get noticed, in fact, it belittles all you have worked very hard to earn. They might even overlook your achievement even if its a feat no one has ever achieved before and could be demoralizing. In instances like this one has to keep on going to make his mark and get the deserved recognition.

A classic example of a circumstance that suits in perfectly with this scenario is the case of Chelsea football club and Mourinho winning the premiership title in 2004/2005 with amazing stats which makes it sounds like a fairytale. Who dares believe such almost perfect record with a team like Chelsea who as no history to back them up. If it was to be teams like Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United, the hype will exceed what was showered on Chelsea

Chelsea's 2004/05 season doesn't get enough appreciation.

🔵🔵🔵🔵🔵🔵🔵

  • 38 games. 29 wins.
  • Only 1 loss.
  • 95 points
  • Conceded only 15 goals.
  • 25 clean sheets.

Mourinho's first-ever season.
15 goals conceded in 38 games.
3 were penalties
1 own goal & 2 deflections.

Unbelievable. 💥💥

This stats are truly remarkable but it's hardly remembered. Funny enough, when compared to the gunners invincible season, Chelsea stats during the 2004/2005 premier league season stood out more but it's unfortunate that the invincible season is been rated more. That shows what a rich history and background could get you. It makes you stand out even when something else supersedes what you have done.
