Another cycling workout done

Ok, the distance we covered tonight wasn’t much, but it’s already my third workout this week. Two cycling trips and once in the gym. And you know what? I am starting to notice some differences, I am getting stronger, my heart rate is lower and I feel much better mentally too!
I recommend it to everyone, work out, even when it’s just for a half an hour, you will have the benefits afterwards!
