How to be fit during lockdown???

We know most of the countries now in lockdown because of corona, so it's really a challenge for most of the people to be fit during this challenging time.

What we must stay fit and active throughout the day to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Women going outside for a run out hit the gym.

But we must always focus to do at least the minimum exercise in the home itself what should always focus to do some breathing exercises and yoga.

During the regular 9 to 10 job, it was really difficult for most of the people to get some time to invest in exercise or gym. But I try to realise that this is the best time to make myself healthy and fit.images (11).jpeg

Wake up early and in early morning try doing some breathing exercises, they are really very good to detoxify physical and mental health.

I hope everyone will do this minimum things to to keep their health tune.
