Japan impressive performance when it comes to Group A stages of the Tokyo Olympics

Finally I am getting myself back to my writing life, I have really missed doing that due to sickness. Currently if we want to go by what is at hand I will say we have a lot of things to write about, we have olympic, club signings and other activities to write about. I might randomly covers that but that is not the essence of this post. Let us see how it goes, but the Olympic is one activities I don't have much knowledge about.

If I am to talk about the Olympic I think I will be able to cover the soccer aspect of it. There is this match I enjoyed recently and it took place between South Africa and the France team. This match was one of the best match so far but painfully do you know South Africa lost out after going up 4 times in the match. What is really wrong with such team, how could they lost a match many thought they have already won? The south Africa team worked badly for that game but I was surprised to see that at the end of the match it was the France team that came top after the South Africa team have gone top 4 good times.

What I really can tell from that match was that the South Africa team were not composed enough, they were on top they could have used their time to control the ball properly. This is where good midfielders have their role to play. Simply moving the ball around to ensure that the France team gas out because they will be running around just to score. They failed to do that and let the France team into the game as it was the France team that were now pressuring them. The other thing that the coach should have done was to have make changes especially to the defence, they were tired he could have bring good players who could have helped secured the defence, he failed on that and they lost the match. Generally coaches should learn to act fast when it comes to dead legs, it is very important as it might cost you games and your jobs.

Painfully my country didn't qualify so we have Ivory Coast and South Africa and Egypt representing us. The total team playing in this competition is 16. These 16 team are the ones to fight for the trophy and one is already catching my attention. From the team on Group A we have Japan, Mexico, France and South Africa. I was really surprised to see that Japan was sitting on first position in the group. Like how did that happened? What is happening to France and Mexico, and what is the reason Japan performance is top notch, can they go ahead to win this year Olympics? Well, I still don't think so but let us see how it goes. When it comes to soccer we should all knows that anything is possible.

Deviating from that and moving to the next group we have South Korea topping again. This shows that the Asia countries are really doing well in this competition. They are really prepared for this. At first we have Japan topping the group and now it is South Korea topping the group B, wow this is amazing. What is really happening? They host and they want to wins it, that will be amazing. From all the countries representing when it comes to my continent none are performing well. Egypt, Ivory Coast and South Africa all performing poorly. I was expecting Egypt to do more better but they aren't. With what I am seeing here, this competition is not for them, they are far way from it. They should prepare better next time and they might be lucky. I just don't know why it is hard for Africa team to always get it right when it comes to global competition, is it that we are not preparing well, this is another topic I will like talk about but that will be on another post.

I will end the post here, my intention was to blog about another topic but this really took my time and it was worth discussing about. If your team is performing well in the Olympics competition please drop a comment. I will really appreciate that we can really use it to get ourselves engaged on one or two conversation. As you do so, thanks.
