Soccer managers deserve more credit for their hard work

Before I digress further I want to first of all relate this post to a house construction. Do you know that when it comes to house construction it is always the engineer that takes almost all the credit? You will keep hearing that the Engineer is so good, look at the designs and all that, we will just forget that without the house owner there is every tendency that the project won't be completed.

Permit me to explain more. It is the money that the house owner release that the Engineer will need to work with. The engineer will only have a better taste but you can't force the house owner to release money he doesn't not have. This is where there is always an issue. Like in most places in my country you will see that when it comes to building construction, we don't have direct engineers for such. Somebody can set your block, another person from another place can set your tiles, different person can roof it and another can do the P.O.P work and all that. You can see that it is somehow funny. But what I am trying to justify here is that it is the engineer that will take almost all the credit because nobody will walk up to the house owner and said sir, you are the reason this great work is possible.

The same thing the house owner is facing is what those soccer managers are passing through. There is little or no recognition for their hard work. All attention are always about the players forgetting that the managers contributed a lot to the team progress. Take a look at how much a coach is signed with compared to that of a player, you will surely understand what I am really talking about.

I am really concerned about the modern football, at least we can see that the coach are being recognize a little bit. But on the night where players and coach are being given award, you will see that it is the players award that almost everybody attention are pointing towards. This is just what I am trying to point out.

If you have been observant enough you will discovered that once a team is not doing well they will be pointing accusing fingers to the head for him to be sacked. No body will want to talk about some of the players whose their performance is very awful. All the blame will be on the head coach.

Take a look at Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool fc coach who won the Club world cup, Super cup, English premier league and the Uefa champions league for Liverpool fc during the past season. After winning all those trophy he was called out and tagged a bad coach because Liverpool fc performed very bad during the last season that was concluded not long ago. Just imagine after just a year fans have started speaking bad of him. This is how fans behave, they want to see their team doing better all the time, they don't know what the coach is passing through behind the scene.

I know we all wants to see our team doing well but we should learn to be understanding all the time. I remembered how I supported Liverpool fc for almost 12 years without winning any major wears, it was a painful ride because of the embarrassment I got from my fellow fans. You need to see how they were saying all sort of shit about my team. Any time we sat down to talk and argue about our various club it will all look as if my team have not won any useful trophy in their life time. Funny enough, my team have won more trophies than theirs.

Almost all the time what they use to judge my team is if my team have won the English premier league since the name has been changed. But during those time I was really patrotic, I stick to my team and never depart not until the rightful time came and we won the English premier league. Now I don't feel threatened about them when never we are arguing.

Before I wrapped up this post I just want to solicit that coaches should be given attentions too, they are really working behind the scene and it is their good work that brought the players to where they are today. Just imagine a club without a coach, do you think they will be able to achieved anything tangible so easily? It is not going to be easy. It is just like a king without a crown or a building without a roof.

Remain bless as you read through this post
