this is the first time I have found a customer like this, where I was asked to finish the motorbike within an hour, this happened because the owner of this wagon we knew each other and here he gave me a challenge, the damage to the motorbike was in the manual clutch lining and double clutch lining.

before I tell you about the challenges that are given to me, I first explain about the problems that exist in the clutch part of this motorbike.

if the motor has problems in these two components, the motor that stands out the most from its effects is the lack of performance, that's the point, but the full explanation must be discussed one by one.

° double clutch lining, when the double clutch lining is worn out, the most noticeable thing is that when the motor is pulling the gas, the motor will feel like it is jerking like a jerk.

° manual clutch pads, maybe this happens very often in manual motorcycles of any type, if the manual clutch pads are worn / exhausted, the motor will feel very heavy and performance will decrease drastically.

the point is this motorbike engine is very dirty and far from maintenance

this is the state of the engine inside which is very tragic and sad, this is one sign that this motor often runs dry of engine oil, the cause that I see from the dryness of this oil is in some parts of the gasket that is leaking, and all the seals are also leaking , naturally if the gasket and seal leaks as a result of dry oil.

but the original cause of this motorbike until it experienced something like this was the negligence of the owner who very often forgot to check the oil.

if the motor is never dry, the engine oil will not be jet black like this, black crust like this is very difficult to clean, what's more, I was only given one hour, and the owner also doesn't need the engine to be too clean, he is more concerned with parts which I will install, original or not.

here are all the components in the clutch tub that I cleaned, and it doesn't look clean at all.

To clean all of these components it takes a long time, maybe two to three hours, it's just to clean it, but I won't clean it because this is the owner's wish.

this is the result of a very dirty and careless job, not at all interesting and not pleasing to the eye, but what can you do?

because the owner challenged me if I managed to finish the motorbike within an hour then I would be paid three times the fare that should have been.

The usual cost to disassemble the clutch is 35 thousand, fortunately I was able to finish it in less than an hour and I was paid 110 thousand by the owner of the cart.
