Hola comunidad de Hive espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, en el día de hoy quería compartir con todos ustedes una una fuga de aceite bastante grande ocurrida en la planta de la bomba principal del sistema hidráulico en la máquina Engel 450 toneladas, espero que sea de su agrado comencemos.

Hello Hive community I hope you are all very well, today I wanted to share with you all a fairly large oil leak occurred in the plant of the main pump of the hydraulic system in the Engel 450 ton machine, I hope it is to your liking let's start.
Debido a una fuga de aceite sin corregir por falta de respuestos en la bomba principal del sistema hidráulico, unos de los o'ring de entrada a la bomba se encontraba dañado desde hace varias semanas pero a pesar de esto la máquina continuo en producción sin detenida para la intervención de mantenimiento.
Due to an uncorrected oil leak due to lack of spare parts in the main hydraulic pump, one of the pump inlet o'rings had been damaged for several weeks but despite this the machine continued in production without stopping for maintenance intervention.

Esta decisión de no parar la máquina antes mencionada ocasionó que uno de los ejes de trasmisión se doblará, ocasionando un derrame casi total del aceite y el daño de la bomba.
This decision not to stop the machine caused one of the transmission shafts to bend, resulting in an almost total oil leakage and damage to the pump.
We proceeded to change the pump for another one that was in spare parts condition, due to the lack of personnel in the company and the lack of qualified personnel in Venezuela due to the situation that our country is going through, in this type of events I have to help and be with the mechanics, on the other hand being involved in situations like these are very profitable for a good experience.
The next day after what happened, the machine started up without any problems and the mechanic technicians were waiting for the spare parts to repair the damaged pump.
