identify and avoid small problems that have big repercussions. Where almost everyone assumes that dust is only a small problem and cannot possibly cause such great and dangerous damage.

Where the problem is that too much dust enters the CVT space, what's more, there are some leaking seals, in my opinion it really affects the age of the components in the CVT,

Even though the dust in the CVT is not completely what enters from the outside in, but the CVT can cause dust from sprocket lining debris, but it does not harm other components because the dust produced from the sprocket is not too much and coarse.

But if it is rarely serviced or cleaned, it can be fatal.

Sprocket bowl or sprocket plate, the damage here is probably the easiest to spot because if the plate is damaged when opened it is very clearly visible, starting from the thirsty sprocket lining.

The most serious damage was the plate that was bent due to an error when opening the gas, and when the plate was opened it did not use special tools or was wrong when disassembling.

This is a photo of the CVT tub that I have cleaned using gasoline and a paint brush,

How to clean it is very easy if you know ways to clean it all using gasoline.

Or you can just use dish soap and water, there are no restrictions and of course there are pluses and minuses to these two ways of cleaning, for sure people who don't understand ask why not just use one method??

First I will explain if you clean using gasoline, certainly not everyone understands the content in gasoline, as well as me, but I know a little about which parts should not be exposed to gasoline, if you clean using gasoline, of course it's a little faster and it doesn't take long to scrub the dirty areas.

But you need to know, in the CVT tub there are two oil seals made of rubber, of course whatever type of rubber is used on the motorbike it should not be exposed to gasoline, if the seal is exposed to gasoline when cleaned in the CVT area, of course the seal will swell and leak.

Cleaning by using water and soap, this way you will have a little trouble because when everything is cleaned and rinsed you cannot immediately install all the components in the CVT, because you need to let it sit for ten minutes to make sure the water is used. The laundry was completely dry so that in the future it will not rust or rust.

Plus, if you clean using water and soap, you don't need to open the two seals here because when the seal is exposed to water it is not dangerous at all.

But I'm here cleaning with gasoline because I have to replace the two seals here with new ones.

Remember oil, remember safety and love your wallet

So much information from me, I hope it will be useful for mechanical friends wherever you are and see you in my next post

Greetings dirty hands from me by wearing clothes that are painted using used oil with abstract motifs
