Taking Some Time Out
I’m not a huge fan of the 9 to 5 routine and refuse to work for someone else, well not directly in a conventional manner.
I contract my services out to whoever will pay me a rate that I demand to be good enough in terms of a monitory, and that means there are times between contracts when I’m idly sitting on my arse.
This spoke to me on so many levels! I am pretty sure there is something for everyone and I appreciate all the raw honesty that @slobberchops delivers in his post. Wondering if I should start playing the Witcher III...

A blog about homemade goulash and some typical Dutch snacks
The next day it was time to finally taste this delicious goulash. We decided to eat part of the goulash with puff pastry cups. This is something I remember from Holland as well and I feel kind of nostalgic eating it like this because it reminds me of many Sundays at my grandparents' house with the whole family eating goulash with puff pastry.
HUNGRY! I AM HUNGRY! This post is pretty much the only thing you need to get your tummy rumbling! Thanks @anouk.nox for sharing and making me so darn HUNGRY! =P

Emerald Pool Dominica
This is a shot of the beautiful Emerald pool in Morne Trois Piton National Park. With no international airport Dominica has been spared from mass tourism and development and the interior remains a wild and rugged place. Thanks again to Yuri A. Jones for showing me around. Oh, and don't confuse Dominica with the Dominican Republic !
Sometimes some of us like to close our eyes and go to our happy place. @intrepidphotos gives us more material to go to should we need it. Darn it is beautiful here!

How Has Steem Impacted My Life
But by Steem, my life is better. Better in ways no other site could have done. I have found some few people I would have never met otherwise. They have changed me as a person and made me only better.
Many of us had our life changed by steem, weird thinking it is only a website but with a pretty strong impact. Come for the rewards, stay for the people kind of thing. @apsu shares how Steemit has changed his life and it is pretty real. Go check it out!
