[ESP-ING] APLIQUES CASEROS PARA MAQUILLAJE "ESPIRITU DEL BOSQUE"/ HOMEMADE APPLIQUES FOR MAKEUP "SPIRIT OF THE FOREST"

Hey queridos amigos!!

En esta ocasión no voy a hablar sobre el maquillaje en si, sino mas bien de como hice los apliques con lo que encontré en casa ;)

Hey dear friends !!

This time I'm not going to talk about the makeup itself, but rather about how I made the appliques with what I found at home;)

Bueno amigos, hacia tiempo tenia ganas de maquillarme de un diseño que tenia en la cabeza, pero no lo concretaba porque me daba fiaca pensar en como hacer los apliques ya que estaba sin dinero, y los prosteticos (al menos acá en mi país) son carisimos!

Lo primero que hice fue bajarlo de mi cabeza a un papel. Tratar de traducir en un diseño aquello que tenia en mente, para que al verlo, se me hiciera mas fácil saber que era lo que necesitaba..

Well friends, for a long time I had wanted to put on make-up of a design that I had in my head, but I did not specify it because I was afraid to think about how to make the appliques since I was without money, and prosthetics (at least here in my country) very expensive!

The first thing I did was lower it from my head to a piece of paper. Trying to translate what I had in mind into a design, so that when I saw it, it would be easier for me to know what I needed ...

Mi personaje tiene hojas tropicales que crecen en el contorno de su rostro. para llevarlas al cabo, simplemente dibujé y recorté hojas en una cartulina blanca y luego las pinte con diferentes tonalidades de pintura acrilica verde.

My character has tropical leaves growing around his face. to carry them out, I simply drew and cut out leaves on a white card and then painted them with different shades of green acrylic paint.

Éstos son 4 cuernos tipo ramas que realicé enrollando papel de cocina y bañándolos en cola blanca. una vez que se secaron, le di algunas capas con trozos del mismo papel y cubriéndolos con una mezcla de cola blanca y agua en partes iguales (se mezcla con agua para que la consistencia sea mas liquida y así sea mas fácil la aplicación)

Nuevamente esperé algunas horas hasta que se secaran completamente y los pinté con tonalidades marrones y verdes.

para finalizar, le pegue unas florcitas secas de colores que encontré en mi casa. (son las que generalmente se usan para manualidades).

These are 4 branch-type horns that I made by rolling kitchen paper and dipping them in white glue. Once they dried, I gave it a few layers with pieces of the same paper and covering them with a mixture of white glue and water in equal parts (it is mixed with water so that the consistency is more liquid and thus the application is easier)

Again I waited a few hours for them to dry completely and painted them with brown and green hues.

Finally, I glued some colored dried flowers that I found in my house. (They are generally used for crafts).

Para simular enredaderas en mis mejillas, solo dibujé unos garabatos con la pistolita de silicona caliente sobre un plástico duro (para despegarlos con facilidad). dejé enfriar y también los pinté con acrílico marrón.

To simulate vines on my cheeks, I only drew a few squiggles with the hot silicone gun on a hard plastic (to remove them easily). let them cool and also painted them with brown acrylic.

Y por ultimo, como me sobraban florcitas, probé si resistían en mi rostro pegadas con el látex también casero. y como si lo hicieron, los usé para el proyecto final.

And finally, as I had little flowers left over, I tested if they resisted on my face glued with the homemade latex. and as if they did, I used them for the final project

Entonces con todos los apliques ya terminados, creé un maquillaje simple en mi rostro y proseguí pegando cada accesorio. Y este es el resultado final.

So with all the appliqués finished, I created a simple makeup on my face and continued gluing each accessory. And this is the final result
