This is my entry for the WEEK 8 of MakeupChallenge competition #MakeupChallenge organized by @ambarvegas and with @lucianav

The sunflower is the symbol of the Sun and symbolizes love and admiration. But also happiness, vitality, positivity and energy. In Chinese culture it symbolizes long life and good luck.

There are those who attribute to the sunflower a spiritual symbolism, since its movement following the position of the sun represents a happy way of life and a constant search for light, illumination, and love of the sun. For some religions it is a symbol of the one who permanently seeks God, the divine, since the star king symbolizes God.

The subject is a challenge for me since I am starting in this activity.

I asked my daughter to be my model this time, and what a young man does not like to wear makeup, my daughter found the ideal to be great since it is the first time that something like this has been done.

Process to make the Sunflower.

After cleansing and hydrating the skin, apply a foundation.

El segundo paso lo dediqué a delinear las cejas agregando sombra de cejas de color marrón.

I applied brown and black shadows to give it depth and on the eyelid I applied scarlet.

Draw the blurred sunflower petals in a soft orange hue.

I added some details with leaves.

I added color to the lips, simulating branches that go through the mouth.p

The final result can see that I completed part of the garden where the Sunflower is.
