So saying farewell to the behemoth, making my way back to Berlin, I guess I was still in the town of Rüdersdorf I spied something nice in the bushes!

Pretty dark and dank in the cellar
A selection of footwear for one legged German folk on the stairs
A couple of locking mechanisms
I came across these structures in nearly every building, it seems to be a primitive yet artistically tiled form of storage heater.
Little bits of colour in a dark and gloomy building
Upstairs pretty sketchy and damaged through neglect
Back downstairs to finish off with some fantastic old newspapers from the former GDR.
So a busy day, a great day, now it’s time for a burger and some weissbier

'Something nice', to us would be not interesting in the least to most people.., your dark and danky shots are always more gloomy than mine, maybe my light has too many lumens?
I prefer the word “atmospheric” 😂
I don’t use flash I play around with the film speed, exposure settings aperture , all that malarkey

ah, you aren't german
Gasthof zum schwarzen Adler was a common name for hotels/ restaurants in germany
