Thomson 800 is a condominium. I have a pickleball friend who stays there. I have never been in there. This is about as close as I get when I see it from the carpark at Mount Alvernia Hospital this morning when I brought my father in law for a doctor's appointment. It looks nice inside.

In contrast, the hospital area is in quite messy state. There are some heavy construction but I don't know what they are doing.
