These days I have to think of cooking healthy food for my family because of the COVID 19.

Salmon fish is nutritious as it is rich in Omega 3 Fatty Acids.

It is a great source of protein and high in Vitamin B.

I find that my family loves salmon cooked in this way, especially the kids.

I put lemon and spice on them and simply baked them in the oven. You can fry them also.

Put lots of lemon juice as they bring out the flavor of salmon.
