淡定
在生活中遇到同样的事情的时候，有些人会显得很淡定，而有些人会表现的如热锅上的蚂蚁，一点也不淡定。虽然淡定并不一定保证能把事情做成功，但如果慌慌张张不淡定，很可能会把事情搞砸。因为人在慌乱中难免会出错，甚至是一些低级错误，从而很可能导致把不该弄错的也弄错了。
从某种程度上说，淡定难能可贵。只有遇事不慌，冷静的处理事情，才有可能圆满的把事情成功处理。要想做到淡定，一方面要求我们平时就要善于积累各种知识。另一方面，也要提高自己的心里素质，才能做到遇事不慌。
让我们努力做到从平时开始，养成自己的淡定吧。
